Our Facility

We offer surgery at the private Wyoming Ambulatory Surgery Center, the hospital-affiliated Casper Surgical Center, and—for patients needing hospital service—the Wyoming Medical Center. All of these facilities offer fully-monitored surgical suites for optimal patient safety.

In-office surgery is available for some procedures, such as skin excisions and some eyelid surgery.

Our office also offers Medi-Spa services. These are non-surgical procedures like Photofacial (Laser) Rejuvenation, Botox®, Thermage®, Restylane® and Collagen. All procedures are performed in the comfort of our office by our trained staff under the auspices of Dr. Janet Mackenzie, M.D. Our Medi-Spa is the only plastic surgeon supervised aesthetic clinic in Central Wyoming. Our IPL® and Thermage® equipment use powerful, safe technology to achieve results. These products are much stronger than other "laser" procedures offered at day spas, tanning salons and beauty shops. They can deliver results where other products fail.

General Advice for Surgery

Wear comfortable clothes. We recommend wearing clothing that is easy to get in and out of. Sweat pants and loose, button-up shirts are ideal for most procedures. Avoid pull-over shirts for breast and abdominal procedures. Slip on shoes or athletic shoes with velcro are advisable as well.

We recommend that you do not wear makeup the day of your surgery, although nail polish need not be removed.
